The complex has 4 Grand Sud . They are apartments of approximately 75m2, including a spacious 9m2terrace and maximum capacity for 5 people. They are made up of two double rooms and include a safe, two bathrooms with a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a large lounge with a sofa bed and flat screen TV.

Our Sud Executive and Sud Heaven accommodations have a maximum capacity of up to 3 people, depending on the selected rate. The Grand Sud accommodations have a maximum capacity of up to 5 people, depending on the selected rate. Additionally, upon request, a baby up to 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib in both Sud Executive and Sud Heaven suites as well as in Grand Sud.
At the time of booking, and depending on the selected rate, the guest has the option to pay the full amount or a portion of the stay, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival at the property.
