Parking Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival date. You will be charged 100% of the total price if you cancel less than 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival date, or in case of a no-show.
- Prepayment: You will pay 100% of the total price in advance at the time of booking. This amount is refundable if the cancellation policy is met.
Cancellation penalty
- Cancelling booking from 2025-10-31T00:00 at 00:00 will have a penalty of 28

Any fraudulent use or violation committed in your name or by a third party may result in denial of access to our services and potential financial liability. These general terms and conditions apply to any use of our website, as well as to reservations and purchases made through it.
Upon check-in, the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented, and the name on the card must match the name of the main guest on the reservation. In accordance with national regulations, the property does not accept cash payments equal to or greater than €1,000. Our Sud Executive and Sud Heaven accommodations have a maximum capacity of up to 3 people, depending on the selected rate. The Grand Sud accommodations have a maximum capacity of up to 5 people, depending on the selected rate. Additionally, upon request, a baby up to 2 years old can be accommodated in a crib in both Sud Executive and Sud Heaven suites as well as in Grand Sud.
At the time of booking, and depending on the selected rate, the guest has the option to pay the full amount or a portion of the stay, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival at the property.
