Cancellation policy:
Until 168 hours prior to arrival: SUD IBIZA SUITES will CANCEL the charge of 50% of the total price.
Within 240 hours prior to arrival or no show with confirmed reservation: 50% of the total price will be charged as cancellation penalty.

Sud Ibiza Suites reserves the right to pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Our accommodations Sud Suites have a total capacity of up to 3 people, according to the contracted rate and the Sud Grand Suites have a total capacity of up to 5 people, according to the contracted rate. In addition, and upon request, both in the South and in the South Suites Grand Suites, you can stay a baby up to 2 years in a cot.
At the time of booking, the customer has the option of paying by credit card then the entire amount or part, in which case you will have to pay the rest on arrival.
